JCG Land Services’ project management representatives will meet with the Client to discuss project details including construction schedule, regulatory process, route planning, number of parcels, and other tasks requested by the Client. Based on the project Scope of Services, JCG Land Services will develop a project manpower plan and a project schedule for review and approval by the Client.
JCG Land Services will be responsible for effective staffing on the project and ensure all acquisition tasks are completed accurately and completely. The Project Manager will be responsible for the quality of work, compliance with all local, state and federal statutes and laws, cost control, and adherence to the project schedule per the terms of the Scope of Services and will serve as the primary contact with the Acquiring Authority and other client staff as requested. The Project Manager will conduct regular meetings with the project team and provide interactive, on-line progress and status reports.
