JCG Land Services has acquired necessary land and/or rights for over 30 years. From small sidewalk installations to several mile-long linear projects and everything in between, JCG has the ability and experience to handle any size and type of project you may have. We understand acquiring land can be a tough conversation for property owners, and that is why our acquisition team consists of several licensed real estate agents, farmers, outdoor enthusiasts, and active members of the community to help establish a positive, trustworthy, and empathetic relationship with our property owners. As part of our negotiations, we will assist each property owner with engineering design interpretation, conclusions of value for just compensation, good-faith negotiations, and damage settlement resolution, all within full compliance with state and federal law.

Prior to negotiations, our acquisition team will work with you directly to make sure that the necessary rights are being conveyed in order to produce consistent and accurate documents. Our document staff is fully equipped to develop customized document templates for various situations and project needs. After negotiations, our completed files go through multiple rounds of review and quality control in order to deliver a contractual and recordable product.
