JCG Land Services has been an industry leader since 1997 and we have stayed an industry leader by promoting continuing education for our staff to ensure we keep up with the times. While renewable energy is relatively new compared to the other services we offer, we began working on our first renewable project, an Iowa wind farm, in 2006. This early start helped to make us one of the most recognized acquisition companies in the state of Iowa for renewable projects. Now just 16 years later we have been able to stretch that recognition across the Midwest, even bringing us enough work to open a new office in Madison, WI at the start of 2021. 

We have primarily provided acquisition for solar arrays and wind farms throughout the Midwest. There is no doubt that there are a variety of opinions on renewables, but we make it a point to inform landowners about the benefits, address concerns, and answer questions to provide reliable and consistent results to our clients.
